Our Physical Therapists have expertise in post-surgical rehabilitation, overuse injuries, and inflammation from chronic conditions such as arthritis. We provide “Prehab”—an investment on your post-op recovery which has been shown to optimize surgical outcome and recovery.

Lymphedema/Edema Management

Physical Therapy is key in the prevention, detection, and management of Lymphedema. Our certified Lymphedema Therapists create a personalized program for lifelong management and provide you with tools and confidence to continue your lifestyle and activities with possibly some small modifications. Complete Decongestive Therapy includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage, therapeutic exercise, skin care, self care and patient education.

Pelvic Health

We provide non-surgical approaches to rehabilitation of male and female pelvic health, including (but not limited to) incontinence, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD), Interstitial Cystitis/Painful Bladder Syndrome, Pudendal Neuralgia, Pelvic Pain, Pregnancy and postpartum training and recovery. Vestibular/Dizziness

Our vestibular rehab program is a manual therapy and exercise-based technique that is designed to decrease dizziness, improve the ability to steady your vision and retrain parts of your postural control due to vestibular dysfunction. Vestibular dysfunction can affect people of all ages. We treat a variety of conditions including but not limited to Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), Ménière’s Disease, Vestibular Migraines and concussion. Your Therapist with perform tests and measures to create an individualized treatment plan.

Gait and Balance

Each year more than one-third of adults in the United States age 65 and older fall, and 20% to 30% of people who fall suffer moderate to severe injuries. Physical therapists are an essential part of a patient’s healthcare team, and can help to prevent falls, injuries, and identify those who are at risk for falling.

Pediatrics

Our therapists work one-on-one with our patients to make their experience as close to “playtime” as possible working to improve gross motor mobility, strength, coordination and balance. For children with developmental delays or sensory issues, physical therapy improves the developmental and motor skills critical to living a more confident and independent life. Melissa also specializes in conditions such as Torticollis, Gross Motor Delay and bowel/bladder concerns.

Wound Care

Our certified therapists treat primarily wounds associated with Lymphedema, Diabetes, Chronic Venous Insufficiency, pressure ulcers, arterial ulcers, skin tears and others. We provide in-house supplies for purchase or can work with your insurance if you qualify.
